Massage cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes to ease muscle tension, promote better circulation and helps to decrease stress levels. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. This is a light to firm pressure relaxing massage; but may include other techniques if client chooses to have any issues addressed. Weekly massage can help with weight loss by helping your body eliminate toxins and water weight; as well as minimize the appearance of cellulite. We can discuss your reason for scheduling massage to determine if your symptoms would be better served with a more gentle approach or if therapy is recommended. A combination of massage and cranial sacral work is often the best choice for many of my clients. Therapy sessions usually require a client to be seen more frequently; if you need help with any of the following; migraines, carpel tunnel, TMJ, frozen shoulder, joint issues because of muscular tightness, knee pain, tennis elbow, sprained ankles, and many other conditions. Therapy session may include deep tissue, myofacial, trigger point and gua sha/scrapping tools; depending on the issue being addressed. Addressing scar tissue and fascial problems, that are generally caused from previous injuries, surgeries and chronic conditions; can help prevent further injuries and reduce restrictions in movement, decreasing strain and pain.
